The contract for an order of research materials from Veritas Coastal Labs.
Terms of Sale
Products supplied by Veritas Coastal Labs are intended solely for lawful laboratory research by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices.
The sale
Placing an order is an offer to buy the listed research materials. A contract is formed when Veritas Coastal Labs accepts the order by written confirmation or by shipping the materials. We may refuse or cancel an order that is incomplete, unpaid, or inconsistent with these terms.
Research use only
Every order is for lawful laboratory and in-vitro research only. Materials are not sold for human or animal consumption, clinical use, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, compounding, or as a drug, supplement, or cosmetic. Checkout requires confirmation of laboratory use, age 18 or older, and acceptance of these terms and the Research Use Policy.
Price and payment
The price is the amount shown at checkout, plus shipping unless the order qualifies for free shipping or local pickup. An order is not released until payment is matched to the order number. Manual payment methods, including Zelle, are accepted only as instructed on the checkout page. Payment does not change the research-use restriction.
Shipping and pickup
Domestic shipping is charged at checkout unless the order meets the posted free-shipping threshold. Local pickup, when selected, is not charged shipping. Risk of loss passes when the carrier receives the package, or when the buyer takes the package at pickup. Title does not authorize any use outside the Research Use Policy.
Documentation and returns
Certificates of analysis, when provided, are lot-specific. Returns follow the Refund Policy. Opened vials or materials that have left our sealed pack-out are not returnable. These Terms of Sale do not override the research-use requirements.
Buyer responsibility
The buyer is responsible for lawful purchase, storage, handling, and disposal, and for confirming that the intended research is permitted where the buyer is located. Veritas Coastal Labs does not provide medical, veterinary, or dosing advice and will not answer questions about human or animal use.
