Refund Policy
Research materials are packed to order. Refunds are limited once a label has been created or the package has shipped.
Before shipment
If you need to change or cancel an order, email orders@veritascoastallabs.com with the order number before the shipping label is created. If the order has not been packed or labeled, we can usually cancel it and refund the original payment method.
After the label is created
Once a label exists, the order is in fulfillment. We cannot treat that as an unused cart. Contact us immediately with the order number; options depend on whether the carrier has the package.
Damaged or missing packages
If a package arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered and you did not receive it, email photos and the tracking number within 3 days of the delivery scan. We will review the carrier record and the order file.
Opened research materials
Opened vials or materials that have left our sealed pack-out are not returnable. We do not accept returns of materials that appear used.
Research-Use Requirement
All products supplied by Veritas Coastal Labs are intended solely for lawful laboratory research and are not intended for human or animal consumption, clinical use, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or compounding.
This Refund Policy does not alter or override the research-use requirements applicable to products supplied by Veritas Coastal Labs.
